We’re Hiring | Warehouse Assistant Manager Location: Amman, Jordan A pharmacy chain is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and team performance. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution. • Lead and supervise pharmacists responsible for order preparation, along with warehouse support staff. • Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and dispatch. • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stocktaking, reconcile stock records, and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure proper storage conditions, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring. • Monitor warehouse productivity, order processing timelines, and operational efficiency. • Prepare and analyze warehouse performance and inventory reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable requirements. • Lead and manage the team to maintain high operational standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is mandatory. • Extensive warehouse management experience within a large, multi-branch pharmacy chain. • Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager is required. • Strong knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations. • Proven team leadership and management skills. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
