AppTrainers is looking for a motivated and organized Training Officer to join our team and support the delivery and coordination of our growing training programs.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Assist the Training Team in planning and coordinating training programs.
• Coordinate with trainers, participants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor training attendance, schedules, sessions, and participant engagement.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and participant data.
• Assist in preparing training reports, evaluations, and performance summaries.
• Support online and onsite training operations.
• Help coordinate assessments, certificates, workshops, and training events.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure a smooth learner experience.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, IT, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, education, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work with multiple trainers, groups, and training activities simultaneously.
• Experience with LMS platforms or training management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in ICT training programs is a strong plus.
