The Trademark Specialist – Paralegal will support the international Trademark Department by handling trademark prosecution and filing matters. The role includes preparing and filing trademark applications, monitoring deadlines, maintaining trademark, and assisting in the management of trademark portfolios to ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare, file, and prosecute trademark applications before relevant Trademark Offices.
• Monitor deadlines for trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and responses to office actions.
• Draft and prepare routine trademark-related documents and correspondence.
• Update trademark records and databases.
• Coordinate with associate and authorities regarding trademark matters.
• Assist attorneys with trademark prosecution, searches, and portfolio management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable trademark laws and procedures.
• Provide administrative and procedural support related to trademark matters.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement), preferably in Industrial Engineering or another science-related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in Intellectual Property matters, specializing in trademarks.
• Strong knowledge of trademark procedures and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
