We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Trade Marketing Executive to plan, organize and lead our brand campaigns in the field. You will be the face of the brand in retail outlets. Your job is to turn marketing plans into visible, measurable results at the point of sale.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Plan, organize and lead in-store promotions, sampling activities, activations and trade events from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate promoters, merchandisers and field teams during campaigns.
• Schedule campaign activities and monitor execution on the ground.
• Build relationships with retail partners, store managers and distributors to secure better visibility and support.
• Make sure the brand is visible and products are placed correctly in retail outlets.
• Roll out and track POS materials such as displays, wobblers, shelf strips and banners.
• Work with the sales team to align promotions with channel and customer targets.
• Monitor competitor prices, promotions and activities, and report market insights with recommendations.
• Help execute brand campaigns and keep the brand consistent across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate artwork, packaging updates and marketing materials with designers and suppliers.
• Support product launches and promotional events.
• Help manage social media content and basic digital activities.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations covering campaign execution, photos, results and recommendations.
• Track campaign budgets and measure performance against objectives.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, retail or field activations (strong fresh graduates will be considered).
• Proven ability to organize, take initiative and lead people and activities on the ground.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel between outlets and cities as needed.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
