Software Bank is currently looking for a “TeleSales Representative” to join the team. Job Responsibilities: ● Make follow-up calls with potential and existing customers. ● Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions. ● Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. ● Follow up with leads and potential customers to support sales conversion. ● Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities. ● Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets. ● Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field. ● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. ● Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is a plus. ● Good communication skills. ● Good in English and Arabic. ● Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers. ● Good follow-up and organizational skills.
