Minerets Tech Company is looking for talented candidates to join our team in Jordan.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation in both Arabic and English, including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to gather technical information.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.
• Translate technical content between Arabic and English while preserving meaning and technical accuracy.
• Support knowledge base development and contribute to documentation standards.
• Review and update documentation based on product changes and customer feedback.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer.
• Excellent Arabic and English writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with Markdown, Confluence, MS Word, or similar documentation tools.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
