المتطلبات

• Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Good automotive technical knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide practical solutions
• Previous experience in automotive technical support is a plus
