Technical Support Officer to join our IT team at MedLabs Consultancy Group.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or help desk systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Awareness of confidentiality principles and information security.
• Ability to train, guide, and assist users.
• Professional attitude, high reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
