• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in software support or a similar role
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Well-organized with a keen attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes
• Ability to provide clear step-by-step technical support (written and verbal)
• Resourceful with strong troubleshooting skills
• Very good command of both Arabic and English
