المهام والمسؤوليات

• Design and supervise new projects in collaboration with the Group Engineering Manager and Plant Director.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and preventive plans.
• Inspect facilities to identify and resolve technical or maintenance issues.
• Manage, coach, and develop the maintenance team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with engineering plans, safety, legal, and industry standards.
• Oversee repair, installation, and improvement activities across the plant.
• Communicate project requirements, specifications, and goals.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to achieving the Group’s KPIs and HSE standards.
• Monitor departmental budgets and approve expenditures.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years in a similar managerial position within the manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English
• Technical Knowledge: SAP
• Lean Six Sigma and PMP|PMI certifications are an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in maintenance, operations, and engineering management
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Hands-on problem-solving approach
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
