We are looking for an experienced and passionate female Teaching Trainer & Instructional Coach to join our team. In this role, you will observe our teachers' live classes, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in adopting innovative, fun, and engaging teaching methods that inspire our students. Key Responsibilities Attend and observe online classes conducted by our Arabic and Quran teachers Evaluate teaching performance and identify areas for improvement Provide one-on-one coaching sessions and actionable feedback to teachers Develop and share creative, student-centered teaching strategies tailored for non-native Arabic learners Design and lead teacher training workshops and professional development sessions Stay up to date with the latest trends in language teaching and e-learning methodologies Create resources and toolkits to help teachers deliver more engaging lessons Requirements Female candidate (as per the nature of the role and our academy's environment) Proven experience in teacher training, instructional coaching, or educational supervision Strong background in Arabic language teaching and/or Quran education Familiarity with teaching Arabic to non-native speakers Excellent communication, observation, and mentoring skills Creative mindset with a passion for making learning fun and engaging Experience with online teaching platforms is a MUST Enlgish Language is a MUST What We Offer A meaningful role in a growing and impactful academy Flexible working arrangements A collaborative and supportive team environment The opportunity to shape the quality of Arabic and Quranic education for learners worldwide Location: Remotely Please send your updated CV to: HR@danasacademy.com
