Extensya is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment activities from sourcing to hiring.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business hiring needs.
• Lead candidate sourcing and attraction through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct and manage interviews, candidate screening, assessments, and shortlisting.
• Supervise the recruitment team and monitor hiring progress and results.
• Coordinate with Management, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders on hiring requirements.
• Recommend effective recruitment channels and advertising strategies.
• Manage job postings, job offers, ATEs, reference checks, and required hiring documentation.
• Maintain and develop the internal candidate database and talent pool.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
• Handle mass hiring requirements across different industries.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work under pressure.
• C1 English level is a must.
• Tidy, organized, and detail-oriented.
