System Administrator / Senior System Administrator to join our IT team and support the bank’s technology infrastructure and systems.

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and related infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT projects and infrastructure enhancements.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in system administration or infrastructure support (requirements may vary based on level).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V / Nutanix / KVM or other virtualization platforms), and networking concepts.
• Experience with system monitoring, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Nutanix etc.) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
