Microfund for Women is looking for a System Administrator to support the reliable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure across our offices and disaster recovery environment. Key responsibilities - Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, and Microsoft 365 services - Support VMware and KVM virtualization platforms, servers, and storage - Monitor and maintain backups and assist with recovery and disaster recovery activities Support network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and endpoint protection -Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues and provide technical support to internal teams - Maintain system documentation, follow security, and change management procedures Requirements - 2–3 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT infrastructure - Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration - Practical experience with virtualization, backups, and troubleshooting - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and IT security practices - Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication - Ability to work collaboratively and support business-critical services To apply, please send your CV to [البريد متاح عبر زر التقديم]
