Location: Amman, Jordan On behalf of our client, Brain Catch Consulting is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Director to lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. • Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations. • Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and applicable donor requirements. • Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and business continuity. • Establish KPIs, monitor supplier performance, and manage supply chain risks. • Lead and develop teams, collaborating closely with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain and procurement. • Experience with NGOs, humanitarian organizations, or international development organizations is preferred. • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tender management, contract negotiation, and logistics. • Solid understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and documentation. • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain performance reporting. • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPIM are an advantage.
