Student Success Advisor 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan If you're a native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for helping others learn, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: ➤C1 English Level. ➤Ability to conduct webinars and teach simple Arabic lessons to Students. ➤Handle customer interactions following SOPs. ➤Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. ➤Follow communication procedures and guidelines when answering Interacting with customers. ➤Promote and support learning programs using effective sales and customer engagement techniques.
