Kabsooleh LLC is looking for a motivated Storekeeper / Finance Executive Intern to support daily inventory, warehouse, documentation, and basic finance operations. The selected intern will gain practical experience within a professional distribution environment serving the medical, aesthetic, wellness, and beauty sectors.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Receive, check, unload, and organize incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders.
• Ensure products are stored safely and according to company quality standards.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock-count activities.
• Assist with invoices, purchase and sales documentation, filing, and basic financial records.
• Support data entry and reconciliation using spreadsheets and company systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Commercial teams when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

المتطلبات

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or currently studying Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation is an advantage.
• Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow established procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship, vocational training, or experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or accounting is beneficial but not mandatory.
