المتطلبات

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Development Finance, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of experience in microfinance, MSME financing, or financial inclusion programming
• Strong understanding of small enterprise lending, credit risk assessment, and financial product design
• Excellent English (written and spoken); Arabic is required
• Proven ability to produce analytical outputs that inform programme design and policy decisions
• Preferred: Experience with microfinance institutions, community development finance organizations, or social lending platforms
• Preferred: Previous work with IFC, EBRD, UNDP, ILO, or donor-funded financial inclusion programmes
• Preferred: Familiarity with Jordan's microfinance sector, MSME lending landscape, and financial inclusion challenges
• Preferred: Experience in gender-lens investing, refugee financial inclusion, or youth enterprise financing
