Needed for a short-term consultancy: individual consultants residing in Jordan (not companies): 1. Skills Development Specialist – Renewable Energy: Experience designing apprenticeship programmes in the renewable energy sector. Knowledge of renewable energy accreditation or certification models. 2. HR Transformation &; Gender Inclusion Specialist Experience strengthening HR policies and career progression frameworks. Experience promoting gender equality and women’s advancement in technical and engineering roles. Requirements: Fluency in both English and Arabic.
