مطلوب مهندسين موقع للإشراف على بناء مشاريع فيلات سكنية فاخرة وضمان جودة البناء والتنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين ومراقبة تقدم المشروع وفقاً للمواصفات المعتمدة. يشترط خبرة سنة على الأقل، مع Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering، 1–5 years of relevant site supervision experience، Experience supervising high-end residential villa projects. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements before implementation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered on site.
• Monitor project progress and report on schedule, quality, and site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
• Verify quantities and completed work for progress evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare site reports as required.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including inspection records and site correspondence.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of relevant site supervision experience
• Experience supervising high-end residential villa projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
