99brightminds is looking for a Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building strong technology teams for our clients. Location: Jordan. Employment Type: Full-time. Work model: Hybrid. Department: Technical Recruitment. Years of Experience: 4–5 years. Salary: 800–900 JOD/month.

المتطلبات

• 4+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment, preferably within a software development, IT services, outsourcing, or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and software development terminology.
• Proven experience recruiting software developers, QA, full-stack, AI engineers, DevOps engineers, data professionals, UI/UX designers, cybersecurity specialists, system administrators, and other IT professionals.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly through LinkedIn and direct candidate outreach.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective candidate searches and assessments.
• Strong CV screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools is a strong plus.
