Lead the development, implementation, and governance of the total rewards framework across the regions of focus, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with the Group’s total rewards strategy. Oversee the day-to-day compensation cycle management, including salary reviews, bonus pool allocations, and incentive planning, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with performance management outcomes.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus
• Global Remuneration Professional Qualification (GRP) & Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology (JE) are essential
• Excellent English
• A minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in a similar role
