المهام والمسؤوليات

• Client Leadership: Establish trusted, senior-level relationships with key accounts, acting as a consultative advisor who identifies needs and proposes solutions that add measurable value.
• Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Drive revenue and pipeline growth through account planning, opportunity management, and participation in complex pursuits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Strategic Account Planning: Prepare strategic account development plans covering client revenue, requirements, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Contract & Deal Management: Negotiate and finalize contracts, and serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and provide regular performance reporting.

المتطلبات

• 7–9 years of business development and sales experience
• Graduate degree or higher in Business or a related field
• Proven track record of driving growth and managing key accounts in the Jordan market
• Proven experience engaging and building trusted relationships with C-level executives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
• Able to work independently and travel regionally beyond Jordan as needed
