المتطلبات

• 5 to 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs and interim payments
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong skills in reading architectural/structural drawings and accurately quantifying materials
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced MS Excel, and standard quantity surveying software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills in Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of contracts and site measurement protocols
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Zarqa or nearby areas
