المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop, write, review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
• Participate in and support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up of audit observations and CAPAs.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Conduct and/or participate in quality investigations, risk assessments, and deviation management.
• Ensure proper documentation, record control, and compliance across drug store operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to promote a strong quality and compliance culture.
• Provide support during regulatory inspections and customer/vendor audits.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field
• Solid QA experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in SOP writing, reviewing, and updating
• Proven experience participating in internal and external audits
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
