المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with external and internal suppliers, locally and internationally.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved purchasing requirements.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers and support the selection of the best options in terms of price, quality, and delivery time.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and favorable purchasing terms.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper receiving and checking of purchased items.
• Prepare and maintain inventory and stock lists and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor stock levels and follow up on inventory quantities to identify reorder requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing quantities based on stock levels, consumption, and operational requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, quotations, and purchasing documents.
• Identify suitable suppliers and continuously monitor market prices, availability, and purchasing trends.
• Resolve procurement and supplier-related issues and ensure smooth purchasing operations.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• –7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, preferably with strong experience in external procurement.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of local and international suppliers and market pricing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with procurement systems or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple purchasing requirements simultaneously.
