المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct business analysis sessions, gather requirements, and design functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules, workflows, approvals, and business processes.
• Provide functional leadership throughout all project phases, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion SCM-related issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal preparation when required.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

المتطلبات

• Jordanian nationality is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions
• Experience across the full Oracle Fusion ERP implementation lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Fusion SCM modules
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain business processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively
