المتطلبات

• 15+ years of banking experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles
• Strong background in Retail, Corporate, Trade Finance, Cards, Payments, and Digital Banking Operations
• Proven experience leading large operational teams and transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, governance, compliance, and Central Bank regulations
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
