Senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the organization’s Digital Transformation strategy and leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

• Develop and execute the organization’s Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Lead implementation and integration of digital platforms and enterprise systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic technology partners.
• Drive digital adoption and change management across the organization.
• Establish KPIs and measure the business impact and ROI of digital initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Automation, Cloud, Data Analytics, ERP, and CRM.
• Report transformation progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–11 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, Technology Management, or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in process optimization, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English.
