Senior IT Specialist to support and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, business systems, networks, databases, security, software, and technical operations in Jordan. Responsibilities include managing ERP and other applications, IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN, servers, backups, security, and providing advanced technical support.

• Manage, administer, and support the company’s core business systems, including Microsoft ERP and other company-specific applications integrated with it, ensuring system availability, security, user access, seamless integration, upgrades, ma
• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and related technologies, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, domains, users, access permissions, and network-related services.
• Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, operating systems, and internal systems.
• Manage backup, recovery, data protection, and business continuity activities.
• Support database administration, maintenance, security, backup, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, systems, networks, and end-user technical issues.
• Support the implementation, testing, deployment, integration, and maintenance of software solutions and business applications.
• Implement IT security policies, manage access controls, and monitor systems, networks, and user activities to maintain a secure IT environment.
• Maintain IT documentation and support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and solutions according to business needs.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, system administration, databases, hardware, and software.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft certifications, Database Administration, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
