فرصة عمل لكبير مهندسي تصميم داخلي تقني في عمّان بدوام كامل للعمل على تطوير وتنفيذ المشاريع الداخلية وتقديم الحلول الفنية والإنشائية المتقدمة. يشترط خبرة سنة على الأقل، مع Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design، 5-7 years of professional experience in interior technical architecture and fit-out projects، Strong experience with AutoCAD & Revit. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead the preparation of interior technical drawings and detailed fit-out packages.
• Develop and review detailed plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and construction details.
• Develop and coordinate interior execution details, ensuring that design elements are properly detailed and ready for construction.
• Develop and review joinery, custom elements, doors, wall finishes, flooring, ceilings, stone, marble, and other interior architectural details.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, project specifications, and interior construction best practices.
• Coordinate interior works with architectural, structural, MEP, lighting, and other disciplines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, samples, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Provide technical leadership and site support during execution, ensuring quality, constructability, and design intent are maintained.
• Identify technical discrepancies and develop practical solutions to resolve them.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high interior technical and documentation standards.
• Support the project team throughout the design development, tender, and construction stages.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design
• 5-7 years of professional experience in interior technical architecture and fit-out projects
• Strong experience with AutoCAD & Revit
• Advanced knowledge of interior detailing, construction methods, materials, and finishing systems
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects is highly preferred
