Nova Call Center Services is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team! If you have a passion for people, strong HR expertise, and at least 5 years of experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact and help us build a professional and positive work environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and candidate selection.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary documentation and conducting orientation.
• Monitor and track probation periods and contract renewals.
• Administer the health insurance contract, including enrollments, renewals, and handling employee inquiries.
• Support the payroll process by entering payroll-related data and ensuring timely updates in the HR system regarding employee status and compensation changes.
• Perform additional HR-related tasks and administrative duties as required.
• Strengthen employee relations and foster internal and external partnerships through public relations efforts, contributing to a positive work environment.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR role (Experience in outsourcing companies is preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of Jordanian labor laws.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
