المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack web applications using C#, ASP.
• NET Core, and Blazor
• Own technical decisions across architecture, data, and integration, and be able to justify them
• Translate client business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions
• Guide and mentor a small team of engineers — through code reviews, standards, and day-to-day support
• Work directly with clients, consultants, and data specialists as the technical lead on projects
• Ensure quality, performance, and security across the stack, from database to UI
• Help improve the team's engineering practices, tools, and ways of working as the company grows

المتطلبات

• 4+ years of professional experience building production web applications with C# and ASP.NET Core
• Hands-on experience developing with Blazor
• Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design and query optimization
• Solid grounding in REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, Git, and CI/CD
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English
• Valued: experience with Azure, containerized deployments (Docker), or a consultancy background
