Senior Business Analyst

TPS is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience and strong skills in BRD, SRS, integration and User Stories documentation, UAT sessions, Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, scope management, SDLC, Root Cause Analysis, UML and BPMN modeling. Travel may be required based on project requirements.

• 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in preparing BRD, SRS, Integration, and User Stories documentation.
• Excellent experience in preparing and conducting UAT sessions.
• Very good experience working on projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis activities and requirements gathering.
• Experience in scope management and validating change requests.
• Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Solid experience in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Ability to travel based on project requirements.
