We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Trade Finance domain expertise to join our team and support a Trade Finance Virtual Assistant / AI-enabled digital transformation initiative.

المتطلبات

• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Analysis within Banking / Financial Services.
• Strong Trade Finance knowledge covering LC, BG, Collections, Trade Loans and Document Processing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, functional documentation and user stories.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, workflow analysis and UAT.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations and data requirements.
• Experience working with Business, Operations, Product and Technology stakeholders.
• Exposure to Digital Banking, GenAI, LLM, RAG or Conversational AI is an added advantage.
