مطلوب خبير أول في نمو المبيعات والتسويق B2B للعمل في شركة بلو في عمّان لقيادة استراتيجيات نمو الأعمال وتوليد الفرص التسويقية في الأردن والسعودية ودول الخليج بنظام العمل المكتبي. تتطلب خبرة متقدمة، مع Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field، 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing، Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and paid digital campaigns.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and lead B2B growth and lead generation strategies
• Plan, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and paid digital campaigns
• Build and refine targeted audience segments across KSA & GCC
• Track campaign performance, CPL, conversions, ROI, and pipeline contribution
• Develop and manage CRM pipelines and lead nurturing activities
• Lead social media and digital presence across relevant platforms
• Develop content strategies and monthly content plans
• Coordinate with creative and design teams on marketing materials
• Support website, PR, events, and brand communication initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and business growth

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and paid digital campaigns
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and marketing performance optimization
• Experience managing CRM platforms and sales/marketing pipelines
• Strong understanding of GCC markets, particularly KSA
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent English skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to join immediately is an advantage
• Nationality: Jordanian
