المتطلبات

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, business development, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, growth strategy, and go-to-market planning
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
• Experience working with complex products, services, or technology solutions
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, content marketing, digital campaigns, CRM, and marketing analytics
• Experience with ABM and account-based growth strategies is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to business and revenue outcomes
• Experience working across MENA markets is a strong advantage
• Ability to work effectively with technical, creative, sales, and leadership teams
• Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
