𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 | 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 (𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴) 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - 7–10 years of relevant professional experience. - Proven experience in Urban Planning, Master Planning, and the preparation of large-scale Master Layouts. - Strong knowledge of land-use planning, zoning, site planning, and spatial organization. - Proficiency in relevant architectural design and planning software. - Strong analytical, technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A portfolio showcasing relevant Master Planning and Urban Planning projects is required. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Prepare and develop Master Layouts for large-scale urban development projects. - Plan site layouts, including land-use distribution, zoning, building locations, and circulation networks. - Develop integrated planning concepts in line with project requirements. - Review and coordinate master layout drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders throughout the planning process. - Present planning concepts and design proposals to management and relevant stakeholders.
