Senior Architect – Design role in Amman (Airport Road) for Imperial Real Estate Development focusing on luxury residential architecture and interior design. Responsibilities include leading design concepts, developing drawings and presentations, and coordinating with project teams and authorities to ensure design quality.

• Lead architectural design for luxury residential projects and villas.
• Develop concepts, detailed drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design concepts.
• Ensure design quality, creativity, and consistency throughout projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant authorities.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and materials.

المتطلبات

• 7–10 years of experience in architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Strong experience in luxury residential architecture and interior design
• Good knowledge of Jordanian regulations, including GAM, JEA, and Civil Defense Department (CDD) requirements
• Strong creative, technical, and communication skills
• Design-focused role – not site supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
