Senior Accounting Manager Location: Jordan Experience: Minimum 10 Years Key Responsibilities • Supervise and follow up with accountants and finance teams in all company branches outside Jordan. • Prepare and review the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. • Review inventory valuation, stock movements, warehouse accounting, and fixed assets. • Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Review financial reports and account reconciliations submitted by each branch. • Ensure all branches follow the same accounting policies, procedures, and reporting standards. • Monitor intercompany balances and transactions between branches. • Consolidate financial information from all branches for management reporting. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for senior management. • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants. • Report financial performance, risks, and key issues to senior management. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. • Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience. • Experience as Chief Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager. • Strong experience in a trading/industrial company with inventory and warehouse operations. • Experience supervising multiple branches or companies is required. • ERP experience; Odoo experience is an advantage. • Strong Excel and analytical skills. • Good command of English.
