Field-based B2B sales role in Amman for a leading fragrance solutions company; manage a portfolio of B2B and field accounts, achieve personal sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the sales function. Responsibilities include direct outreach, route planning, negotiations, and collaboration with warehouse/logistics.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage a portfolio of B2B and field accounts.
• Conduct direct outreach, cold visits, sales presentations, and negotiations.
• Plan efficient field routes and maintain strong territory coverage.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and deals using Odoo.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics regarding stock availability, delivery, and installation.
• Support the onboarding and training of new field sales employees as the team grows.

المتطلبات

• 2–4 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in fragrances, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, or a similar sector is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with route planning and regular field travel.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence; ownership of a vehicle is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic, with a good command of English.
