المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage a portfolio of B2B and field accounts
• Conduct direct outreach, cold visits, sales presentations and negotiations
• Plan efficient field routes and maintain strong territory coverage
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits and deals through Odoo
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics regarding stock availability, delivery and installation
• Support the onboarding and training of new field sales employees as the team grows

المتطلبات

• 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in fragrances, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods or a similar sector is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable with route planning and regular field travel
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems, with Odoo experience considered an advantage
• Valid driving licence, with ownership of a vehicle preferred
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic with good English
