Ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist sought by El Massri Group in Amman, Jordan. This role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, generating leads, building client relationships, following up on opportunities, supporting marketing campaigns, researching new markets and tenders, and collaborating with management to achieve sales and growth targets.

• Identify and approach potential clients and new business opportunities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and potential projects
• Support marketing campaigns and strengthen our digital presence
• Research new markets, projects, tenders, and partnership opportunities
• Work closely with management to achieve sales and growth targets

المتطلبات

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in approaching new clients
• Active and comfortable using LinkedIn for business development
• Self-motivated, organized, and target oriented
• Arabic and English communication skills
• Experience in interior design, construction, engineering, real estate, or B2B sales is a strong advantage
