• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Prepare and present sales reports.
• Research and analyze market trends.
• Stay up to date with industry developments.

المتطلبات

• 1+ years of experience in Services companies (Telecommunications, Banks, Insurance, IT )
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Professional Microsoft 365 and CRM software are a plus
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• A car is required
