• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
• Generating leads and expanding the company’s client base
• Presenting 101WORKFORCE’s recruitment and workforce solutions to potential clients
• Preparing quotations and following up with clients
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Understanding clients’ workforce needs and providing suitable solutions
• Monitoring market trends and identifying potential business opportunities
• Maintaining regular communication and follow-up with existing clients
• Preparing sales reports and updating management on sales performance

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• –4 years of experience in Sales
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Good command of English
• Strong business development and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
