المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare and deliver technical and financial offers to customers.
• Provide technical support and assist customers with inquiries.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up with showroom visitors and customers regarding their orders.
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure product availability.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of current and future product offerings.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Follow up on showroom inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries through social media when required.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Valid driving license
• Arabic: Native
• English: Very good, written and verbal
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
