Job Title: Sales Engineer (Showroom) Department: Sales & Marketing Seniority: Entry Level Reports to: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver technical and financial offers to customers. Provide technical support and assist customers with inquiries. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up with showroom visitors and customers regarding their orders. Coordinate with the factory to ensure product availability. Maintain and expand knowledge of current and future product offerings. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented. Follow up on showroom inventory management. Handle customer inquiries through social media when required. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architect Engineering. 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Valid driving license. Arabic: Native. English: Very good, written and verbal. Customer-focused and professional attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
