• Experience in industrial sales and project-based business.
• Good understanding of industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and understand customer requirements.
• Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively with international suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
• Willingness to travel and visit industrial customers.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of developing long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to generate new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
