المهام والمسؤوليات

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
• Present vehicle models, features, specifications, and available options in a professional and informative manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Department.
• Prepare quotations and support customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Good in MS Office and CRM systems
• Good command of Arabic and English
• Valid driving license
