المهام والمسؤوليات

• Analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and executive reports.
• Monitor sales productivity, customer coverage, and sales force effectiveness.
• Analyze sales trends, customer purchasing behavior, and product performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Support sales forecasting through customer and market analysis.
• Automate and enhance reporting processes.
• Measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM and reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial, and Management teams to drive business performance.

المتطلبات

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Analysis, CRM, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, or related fields
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• FMCG industry experience is highly preferred
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and customer databases
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
